What is a Postpartum Healing Ritual?
A private, in-person somatic session built on FBR, Facilitated Breath Repatterning, that helps your body complete what the birth process has started.
Birth asks an enormous amount of your body, physically, hormonally, and emotionally.
When that process doesn't get the chance to fully complete, your body holds onto it: in your breath, your shoulders, your jaw, the way you brace before you even notice you're doing it. This session works directly with that, through your breath and gentle hands-on touch, not through talking or retelling your birth story again.
In our time together, I assess how your nervous system is holding the birth right now, then guide your breath and body through the exact places still asking to be released.
Every new mother releases in different ways to complete the birth process in a deep somatic way. There might be grief, there might be sadness, there might be ecstasy, there might be joy, and there might be a deep traumatic experience that needs to be completed and processed through your body. Whatever comes up, we allow the natural unfolding without force or rushing. The body knows how to heal.

Hi, I am Aline.
I am a clinical somatic practitioner, functional breathwork pattern and nervous system specialist, bodyworker, certified health coach, and birth doula.
You were born to do this. Your body already carries the wisdom, the instinct, the capacity. What you need is not just more information, but another woman who sees you, holds you, nourishes you, and is your rock all along the way.
What I bring to your birth is not just presence but a decade of understanding how the nervous system holds fear, how the body braces, and how to gently guide it back to safety. So that when the moment comes, you are not managing yourself. You are moving with yourself.
In over 2,000 hours of 1:1 sessions, I have worked with women and men to heal their nervous systems, release suppressed emotions, complete unprocessed trauma and come home to their bodies. For six years I have specialised in deep somatic holding: breathwork, subtle nerve work, and gentle bodywork that creates shifts no amount of talking can reach alone.
I am not just trauma-informed, I am trauma-specialised. Whatever arises before, during, or after your birth: grief, fear, old wounds, intensity you did not expect. I have the skills and the steadiness to hold it with you. You will not be too much. You will not be alone in it. I will be with you every step of the way.
At a birth, my role is to mother the mother. To co-regulate, to hold, to nourish, to support the partner in becoming her anchor. So that you can be fully present for the most sacred experience of your life.
