This training is rooted in Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR) - a clinical breathwork methodology that weaves science-based nervous system foundations with deep somatic bodywork and energetic attunement. You will learn the precise facilitation tools, trauma-specialized principles, and embodied presence needed to safely guide others through profound breath-based transformation.

This is not a fast certification or a weekend immersion. It is a deep 5-month online and offline initiation into becoming a facilitator who stands out - grounded in clinical skill, refined in practice, and anchored in lived, embodied experience.
