What You’ll Learn in Six Weeks
Week 1
RELATIONAL SHADOWS & RESPONSIBILITY
You explore the hidden relational dynamics that often block sisterhood. Instead of staying stuck in old patterns, you learn where you are responsible for past dynamics and how to shift them.
Week 2
FROM LONGING TO INVITATION
You shift from longing and waiting for resonant sisterhood to consciously creating it in your life. This week is about becoming the woman who initiates connection, invites women and creates a safe sisterhood container.
Week 3
A PRACTICE OF REVEALING TRUTH
You will learn to deepen your truth-telling and capacity to be seen in your vulnerability. Your sisterhood will become a relational practice field that will support you with every other relationship in your life.
Week 4
ASKING FOR SUPPORT & RECEIVING IT
You learn how to clearly ask for what you need and allow yourself to be supported - whilst honouring your sisters capacity and boundaries. This week is about receiving without guilt, shame, or over-explaining.
Week 5
CONFLICT, REPAIR & INTIMACY
You learn how conflict can become a doorway to deeper connection rather than disconnection. This week focuses on staying present, speaking uncomfortable truths, repairing ruptures, and allowing challenge to deepen intimacy in sisterhood.
Week 6
HONOURING SISTERS THROUGH CEREMONY
You bring sisterhood into your everyday life through practical ways to deepen existing friendships. This includes conscious invitations, shared practices, and simple sisterhood rituals and ceremonies.
